We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and commercially savvy Promotional Funding & Asset Manager to join our high-performing Commercial Ops team. If you thrive on building robust processes and collaborating cross-functionally — this is your opportunity to make a big impact.

In this newly created role, you’ll lead the charge in systemising how we track and govern our product promotional funding and assets. From developing a “single source of truth” to driving transparency across trading, finance and marketing teams — your work will directly shape how we plan and track our product promotions.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

Funding Management & Governance

* Design and implement a robust funding reconciliation process, linking planned funding to vendor invoicing.
* Systemise and validate incoming funding data in collaboration with Finance, Trading and Trade Planning.
* Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, highlighting gaps, risks and opportunities.
* Escalate funding discrepancies with speed and clarity.

Promotional Asset Management

* Lead the development and rollout of a centralised asset management tool.
* Ensure accuracy of product promotions on assets through effective change and governance processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work collaboratively with Trade Planning, Trading, Finance and Marketing.
* Champion change initiatives that streamline workflows and boost transparency.
* Establish best practices in planning and documentation with a continuous improvement mindset.

Insight & Reporting

* Deliver clear, insightful dashboards and reports on funding performance and product placement.
* Share actionable insights that support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

* Analytical mindset – Strong with numbers, tools and tracking discrepancies across complex data sets.
* Change management expertise – Proven ability to roll out new processes and embed ways of working.
* Cross-functional collaboration – Skilled at navigating across teams and aligning diverse priorities.
* Confident communication – Able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Technical comfort – Experienced with planning/reporting tools and ready to champion new system implementation.
* Commercial awareness – Understands the retail promo cycle and how vendor funding impacts performance.
