Our client is currently seeking an experienced Resourcing Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month initial contract. This role will be mainly working from home with visits to the office based in Bristol Resourcing Coordinator will provide a quality HR administrative support service to a high standard. Activities will include support to either specific or a broad range of people processes including resourcing and talent planning, learning and development, performance and reward, and information provision. As a Recruitment Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to provide essential support in executing talent acquisition processes. This includes coordinating recruitment activities, facilitating candidate-hiring team communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
