Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

About the Role:
V3 Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a successful Portsmouth-based company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing professional updates via phone and email, while supporting internal teams with administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with enquiries and provide updates in a professional manner
Liaise with internal teams and third parties as required
Perform general administrative tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, and updating internal systems
Handle queries in line with company procedures
Enhance the customer experience through excellent service
Requirements:
Previous office-based customer service experience, ideally in transport, logistics, or shipping
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Professional, polite, and proactive attitude
