FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a reputable manufacturing business who supply niche materials & their UK Head Office situated in Rushden.
This role is based within their small finance team & reporting into the Financial Controller. Ideally, candidates will have Sage 200 experience alongside intermediate MS Excel skills.
The business are offering a salary of £28-32k depending on experience with interviews happening right away for those with the relevant skill set!
Duties Will Include:
Processing both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable invoices
Sales ledger administration including manual billing adjustments, raising invoices and monitoring collections
Statement reconciliations
Supporting month-end reporting, including uploads via their finance system / year-end support
Collecting data and preparing stock reports with the Financial Controller
Administration of petty cash and company credit card transactions with monthly reporting
Assisting with VAT returns
Adhoc reporting for the FC during month & year-end
