Role: German Speaking Credit Controller - 12 months FTC

We are looking for a talented Credit Controller to join our Manchester team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll take ownership of proactive credit control, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative team within a dynamic Finance organisation where your contribution will be visible, valued, and impactful.
What You Can Expect:
1. Take ownership of proactive credit control, ensuring full, effective management of the ledger
2. Drive performance by achieving monthly KPIs, with a key focus on reducing overdue debt
3. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business
4. Take the lead in resolving queries to secure timely invoice payments
5. Investigate and clear unapplied cash, helping to keep our accounts clean and accurate
6. Play an active role in Month End activities and reconciliations
7. Maintain a well‑managed, accurate Accounts Receivable ledger through diligent housekeeping
What We Expect:
8. Experience in an Accounts Receivable role and/or a shared service centre (highly desirable)
9. Fluency in spoken and written German and English
10. A keen eye for detail, with an inquisitive mindset and a passion for problem-solving
