Responsibilities
* Promote the safety and wellbeing of children.
* Supervise and support staff.
* Manage team duties and ensure quality practice.
* Deliver statutory and early help services.
* Collaborate with various departments to achieve the best outcomes for children.
Qualifications
* Recognised social work qualification.
* Active Social Work England registration.
* Substantial experience in direct work with vulnerable children.
* Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
* Commitment to promoting the safety and wellbeing of children.
