We're looking for a practical, motivated Mechanical/Hydraulic Fitter to help assemble and test high-quality hydraulic power units and systems. You'll be part of a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in building reliable, well-crafted equipment for a wide range of customers.
What You'll Do
* Build and test hydraulic systems based on up-to-date drawings and technical specs.
* Collaborate with engineers and provide feedback throughout the build process.
* Contribute to continuous improvements in the workshop—your ideas are welcome.
* Help keep stock levels in check and maintain an efficient, tidy workspace.
* Communicate openly with the rest of the team to ensure smooth, safe operations.
* Pitch in on other tasks when needed—everyone helps each other out.

What We're Looking For
* Experience ideally with mechanical and/or hydraulic fitting or a related field.
* Confidence reading and working from engineering drawings.
* A team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
* Good problem-solving skills and pride in doing things properly.
