Social Housing ComplianceTemporary/Ongoing | LiverpoolOpportunity for Permanent Work £55k levelA social housing provider is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance across all areas of asset management, alongside proven leadership capability.Key Responsibilities:Oversee compliance activities across the housing stock, including fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, water safety and wider building safetyLead, support and mentor a small teamCarry out technical inspections and ensure accurate reporting standardsEnsure all works meet statutory and regulatory requirements, including Building Regulations and the Building Safety ActWork collaboratively with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to drive a culture of safety and continuous improvementProvide expert technical advice to senior management and contribute to strategic planningRequirements:A recognised technical or surveying qualification (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS, HNC/HND in Building Surveying or equivalent)Strong and broad knowledge of compliance across social housingDemonstrable leadership or team management experienceExcellent communication, analytical and report-writing skillsAbility to influence, challenge and support colleagues at all levelsAbility to build professional relationships with tenants and the wider community.If you are an accomplished Senior Surveyor or Asset Manager /Senior Manager with proven expertise in surveying and leadership, we would welcome your application.TPBN1_UKTJ
