About the role
We're recruiting a Transport Administrator for a busy transport office in Wellesbourne. You'll book in drivers, manage paperwork and support smooth transport operations across the site.
Responsibilities
Book in drivers and allocate bays/slots
Debrief drivers and collect/check PODs and paperwork
Update transport systems/spreadsheets and chase missing documents
Liaise with warehouse/transport teams and customers
Requirements
Previous admin experience in transport/logistics (preferred)
Confident with MS Office/Excel and accurate data entry
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
Pay and benefits
£13.00 per hour, weekly pay
Ongoing role with a supportive team
Schedule
08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
