As part of our Corporate Affairs function, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our brand, deepening audience engagement and modernising our digital capability. What you’ll be doing: Leading the strategy, development and governance of Group digital communication channels, ensuring they are accessible, effective and engaging Driving best practice, digital standards and technical enablement across Corporate Affairs Optimising content across websites, intranets, email and social channels using insight, SEO and analytics Managing enterprise‑level social media tools, publishing approaches and listening capabilities Monitoring emerging digital trends and translating them into improvements that enhance performance and user experience Providing senior digital counsel during issues and crises and overseeing our digital response Advising senior leaders on building a strong digital presence and supporting corporate reputation Leading the development of analytics, dashboards and KPI frameworks to drive continuous improvement
