Were looking for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a fabric condition survey programme on a hospital site in North West London.
Role Overview:
You will carry out detailed fabric condition surveys across the hospital estate, recording findings on a tablet device using digital survey software. The work will involve assessing the condition of building elements, identifying defects, and providing accurate, consistent data for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience delivering fabric condition surveys
* Confident using tablet-based data collection software
* Strong understanding of building fabric, materials, and defects
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Enhanced DBS (within the last 3 years) essential for hospital access
