SRM is preparing for the commencement of a major programme of construction works in Port Talbot, South Wales. The works will involve heavy construction and civil engineering across various industrial work fronts over the next 3 to 4 years, starting with enabling works ahead of the main programme beginning in Q3 2025.
If you are a Logistics Manager with experience on large multi-million-pound projects, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team in Port Talbot to work on an interesting, complex, and technically challenging project. The project value will exceed £200m.

Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor
The HS&W department supports the business in reducing risks and creating positive working environments.

Your profile
The H&S Advisor supports stakeholders to achieve high HS&W standards. You will advise management, employees, and supply chain partners, working collaboratively with the client team.
Essential:
* Member of IOSH
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* Strong people leadership skills
* Experience providing technical HS&W support on complex Construction or Civil Engineering projects
* Ability to apply root cause analysis
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Proven success in leading HS&W improvements
* Proactive in learning and development
Desired:
* Chartered member of IOSH
* NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Occupational Health and Safety
* Mental Health First Aider
* Understanding of behavioural psychology and human factors
* Environmental qualification
