The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Client Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a perfect role for someone who is either new to the industry or has a bit of experience and is ready to take their next step.
You'll be working alongside our Client Account Manager and wider team to support the delivery of campaigns for some of our key clients. This is a development-based role. We'll train and shape you to become a future leader within the business, giving you hands-on experience with real campaigns while supporting you every step of the way.
You'll be at the heart of campaign delivery, helping to ensure our projects run smoothly and clients always receive exceptional service. Over time, you'll grow into owning your own client relationships and campaigns as you build confidence and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
· Assist the Client Account Manager in day-to-day management of client accounts.
· Build strong relationships with clients through clear, professional communication.
· Support the delivery of client meetings, reports, and presentations.
· Be the first point of contact for basic client requests, escalating where needed.
Campaign Coordination
· Help coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and resources across teams.
· Support with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
· Review and proof content, creative assets, and data for accuracy and quality.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Performance and Growth
· Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports for clients.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
· Spot opportunities to improve client campaigns or processes.
· Support the team with proposals, pitches, and new business activities.
Day-to-Day Activities
· Communicating with clients and internal teams to keep campaigns moving.
· Managing timelines and keeping track of tasks and deliverables.
· Pulling together meeting notes, campaign reports, and presentations to showcase results.
· Sitting in on strategy sessions to learn how campaigns are built and optimised.
· Learning the ins and outs of digital marketing, creative production, and performance measurement.
· Attending client meetings and gradually taking a more active role as you progress in the role.
What You'll Need
· A degree, or some experience in marketing, communications, or client services (agency experience is a bonus but not required).
· A genuine interest in advertising, marketing, and helping brands grow.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Highly organised and great attention to detail.
· Proactive and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
· Familiarity with marketing tools or CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus, but not essential. We will provide training.
