At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Exciting Opportunity for a Wealth Management Assistant to join a well established practice in Liverpool area. They are is looking for a proactive Administrator to support advisers and clients in a professional, fast paced environment.
Salary: up to £28,000 - Depending on experience.
Location: Liverpool - Hybrid working - PartTime Option
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus bank.

£26,000-£28,000 | Full-Time or Part-Time (min. 25 hours)
The Role
You'll support the team with:
* Day to day admin and client support
* Preparing reports, reviews, and meeting packs
* Managing client enquiries and correspondence
* Processing new business and maintaining CRM records
* Diary management and general practice coordination
Full training provided, with genuine scope for progression.
About You
* Strong administrative experience
* Financial Services/Wealth Management/SJP background ideal (not essential)
* Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
* Highly organised, tech?savvy, and client?focused
* Discreet, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities
