You will need to have a proven track record of com plex care experience and have supported clients with Respiratory issues Epilepsy Bowel management Medication management Successful applicant will be working Monday to Friday between 4pm – 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 9pm to 9am This is a 1-1 package You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car. Required Skills/Qualifications: 2 year or more experience as a support worker with complex care experience. Commitment to delivering client specific care.
