The Network Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of enterprise technology infrastructure across multiple environments. The role covers design, deployment, capacity management, and operational support of core network and communication systems. Acts as a subject matter expert in networks and communication services, providing 3rd line support, troubleshooting, and input to projects. Works closely with vendors to ensure quality technical delivery and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain effective business relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
* Administer and configure Cisco LAN/WAN, HP switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, Aruba Wi-Fi, F5 Load Balancers, and packet shapers.
* Perform daily infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and capacity management.
* Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues across multiple technology stacks, including OSI layers 1–7.
* Produce and maintain technical documentation and low-level designs (LLDs).
* Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
* Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation as required.
* Collaborate with IT teams on change requests, incident resolution, and service improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Essential: A-Level or equivalent; Cisco certification CCNP/CCDP; experience with enterprise Cisco/HP LAN/WAN.
* Desirable: HP ASE; Palo Alto PCNSE; ITIL/ITSM certifications; experience with F5 Load Balancers, Aruba Wi-Fi, VoIP, Cloud services, VMware, and data centre management.
* Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and vendor management skills.
