Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor
Become an expert advisor, an inspiration, and a guide for our customers. You will get to know each customer and their home improvement projects intimately. Your responsibilities will include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks inviting. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting will be provided, but delivering exceptional customer service is your primary goal.

We are looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy assisting others. Openness to using new technology and adopting new work methods is essential. You must be a team player and flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
