Responsible for the design and specification of electrical systems and the supporting technical documentation including CAD deliverables. * Work within a multi-disciplinary engineering team to design complex electrical systems using a database-driven CAD application. * Design electrical systems for automated control, robotics, LV distribution, motion control and PLC's. * Perform calculations for circuit protection, cable sizing and load estimation. * Create detail drawings and diagrams to UKAEA & International standard. * Select appropriate components for electrical systems. * Manage database libraries to ensure component details are correct. * Supported by the configuration team, ensure all technical information is correctly configured. * Regular and proactive communication with the engineering team to prog...
