We are looking for a General Manager for our beautiful Crawley restaurant. With an approximate 170 covers this restaurant would suit a manager looking for a steady and community lead restaurant.
There is a fantastic management team comprising of an Assistant Managers and a Supervisor. There also is a fantastic back of house team with a great Head Chef. We are just missing the last piece of the puzzle!
The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. This is on a 48 hour contract.

We’re looking for an General Manager who:
· Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant
· Is a leader who can inspire and build great teams
· Energy and passion for providing great guest experiences
· Is commercially minded and able to see the bigger picture
· Loves to be in the thick of it.
