We are seeking a dedicated and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming school in the NN3 area starting January on an ongoing basis.

Days: Monday to Friday (Full-time)

About the Role:
The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, covering classes when required, delivering planned lessons, and providing high-quality support to pupils and staff.
Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Confident delivering lessons and covering classes
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* DBS on the Update Service OR willing to apply and pay for a new DBS
* Reliable, flexible, and committed to long-term work
