Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care in face-to-face, telephone, and e-consultations
\n
* Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including ANPs, PNs, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants
\n
* Engage in clinical meetings, QOF, and ongoing practice development
\n
* Support chronic disease management, health promotion, and preventative care
\n
\n
About You:

\n
* GMC-registered GP with a valid license to practice in the UK
\n
* Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
\n
* Excellent communication and clinical skills
\n
\n
