About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting individual pupils or small groups with a range of learning needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and enabling every child to reach their full potential. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver tailored support and create an inclusive, nurturing environment.
