Position: Care Assistant
Salary: From £23,200 per year

About the Role
We are looking for Care Assistants to join our teams to lift the lives of clients and their families.
We provide care to people in their own homes. We have part time and full time roles. You must have a car for this role.
Your work is really important and we believe it’s time someone cared for carers. That’s why all our staff get access to an Industry-first benefits package.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. We’d like you to be available every other weekend. If this is impossible, then we’d like you to join an on-call rota for every other weekend such that you are available to help out in a crisis.
Main Duties
* Typical day-to-day duties may include companionship, personal care, medication administration, moving & handling and support with eating and drinking.
* This includes supporting people to go to the toilet, so it is important you are comfortable with this.
* You will also be working with people to understand their passions and help them achieve them.
* You will help them go out and about and really get to know them so you can lift their lives and they can lift yours.
Qualifications
* Driving is essential. You must have a car.
* A minimum of 6 months care experience is preferred but not essential.
* Alternate weekend availability is required.
* Have a smartphone with access to data to use our technology.
* Passion for care.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
