Location: Torton, Kidderminster
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only plus one extra week to worked over the year (40 weeks per year worked in total)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Annual Salary: £12.87 to £13.22 p/hr / Actual salary £23,582.99 to £24,224.33 – depending on skills and experience

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across Reception, HR, payroll, and general administration. Your responsibilities will include:
👋 Receptionist & Front-of-House Role
5. Greeting visitors, managing calls and post,
6. Supporting staff and students, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
7. You'll help maintain a safe, organised reception area
👥 Human Resources Support
8. Coordinating recruitment and onboarding with the Central Recruitment Team
9. Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR databases
10. Supporting staff through the employee lifecycle: promotions, job changes, leave, and wellbeing
11. Ensuring compliance with policies around performance, absence, maternity/paternity, and more
12. Monitoring training and qualifications to ensure staff are equipped for success
💰 Payroll & Finance Coordination
13. Preparing and submitting monthly payroll data
14. Liaising with central teams on PAYE, pensions, and statutory pay queries
15. Supporting financial admin including utilities, vehicle compliance, and subscriptions
🗂️ Business & General Administration
16. Managing secure records, keys, and codes
17. Producing reports on attendance, turnover, and staff movements
18. Supporting appraisal processes and training coordination
19. Assisting with Ofsted inspections, internal audits, and safeguarding compliance
20. Taking accurate meeting minutes and supporting SLT as needed
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
21. Experience in HR or administrative roles
22. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
23. Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
24. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
25. Proficiency in data systems and report generation
