The Opportunity
We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Farmhouse. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

In New Waltham, Grimsby is The Farmhouse, a popular village pub serving delicious food and a fantastic range of drinks. Our menu boasts all the best of British dishes, from hearty Sunday roasts to sumptuous desserts and everything in between.
