Overview
Pangbourne College is seeking a dedicated Deputy Head of House to play a key role in the pastoral care and development of our boarding pupils. This is a full time residential position, with accommodation provided to ensure a strong presence within the House.
As Deputy Head of House, you will support the Head of House in creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where pupils can thrive both academically and personally. You will help oversee the day to day running of the House, working closely with the Assistant Head - Boarding and the pastoral team to foster a culture of respect and responsibility. Strong pastoral skills and the ability to act as a positive role model are essential for this role.
