Job Description
Join our team and you will work closely with Sales Managers and other business teams to provide timely and accurate analysis that supports sales performance, forecasting, and decision-making. You will focus on producing regular reports, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring data accuracy, while also helping teams understand and use insights in their daily activities. This is a hands-on analyst position using data to create or interpret clear, actionable information that supports business performance and operational efficiency.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
1. Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Managers and leadership, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and clearly presented.
2. Monitor and report on sales performance, business KPIs, highlighting trends, variances, and areas that may require attention.
3. Support forecasting and budgeting processes by providing up-to-date and consistent data inputs from working with Sales Managers and Sales Management.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly performance packs for review meetings.
5. Help teams use tools such as Power BI more effectively, providing guidance on accessing and interpreting data.
Qualifications
6. Degree in a business, finance, analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience in a commercial analysis or reporting role.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work accurately with large datasets and spot anomalies or inconsistencies.
8. Proficiency in reporting and data tools (Power BI, Excel; SQL or similar an advantage).
9. Ability to present data clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences.
10. Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
11. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across different teams.
