Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to: Fulfil the role of Board member. Attend quarterly Board meetings in Wolverhampton, as well as participate in quarterly Committee meetings and key events that support staff and the community. Provide strategic guidance to the senior management team and decision-makers to ensure robust and effective governance. Help shape and review business strategy, monitor performance, and check and challenge our compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements. Offer insight and leadership to steer the organisation towards best practice. Champion high standards of accountability and transparency, ensuring tenant interests remain central to all Board discussions.
