Role Title: Digital Learning Partner

Contract: 12 month FTC

About the Role
As part of the Talent, Performance and Learning team, this role will be working closely/consulting with key SMEs/project stakeholders/etc. across the to fully ascertain the e-learning requirements and then design and deliver appropriate learning solutions.
What you’ll be responsible for
1. Consulting with stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis, design, creation and evaluation of digital learning content (eLearning modules, bitesize learning content, videos)
2. Testing of new training materials and digital learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
3. Auditing LMS to ensure that digital learning content remains relevant. Collaborate with other Systems teams (People Systems) to ensure LMS is optimised for user/admin experience.
4. Working closely with stakeholders to design interactive and engaging learning solutions in line with project requirements.
