Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the client’s first strategic point of contact. This position is not just about sales; it’s about building meaningful relationships and guiding clients through their journey. You will manage the Discovery process, which includes qualifying opportunities, understanding operational challenges, gathering initial requirements, and positioning the company’s capabilities in a clear, credible, and professional manner. Once a client is in the sales loop, you will own the relationship and all future interactions from a sales perspective.
You will not be responsible for technical aspects (this is handled by engineering), nor are you expected to be a traditional salesperson. Instead, you’ll manage the front-end solution journey—ensuring clients feel understood, informed and guided—before progressing through the sales loop.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in a sales or commercial role, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to ask clients the crucial questions: "Why?" and "How can we help?" Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, learn quickly, and thrive with responsibility will be key to your success.
