Tenant & Spaces Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Tenant & Community Coordinator to oversee their tenant’s journey. You will build strong relationships to support tenant contributions to community life and manage the day-to-day operations of their buildings. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on the local community.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the full tenant journey across all buildings
Maintain strong communication channels with tenants
Manage coworking spaces, bookings, payments, meeting room hires, and other space uses
Support the housing company in its development
Provide administrative support to the housing board, with regular reporting
Support the development of temporary use of community spaces, and other pre-development buildings
Encourage collaboration between tenants, co-workers, and the wider community
Work with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination between landlord functions, partner organisations, and tenantsSkills, Experience and Training Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a wide range of people
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance varied workloads, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Experience in client relationship management
Ability to identify and address tenant needs, resolve issues, and support collaborative contributions to the organisation’s spaces
Strong administrative skills
Knowledge of the social housing sector and experience working with housing providers
Skilled at building trust, handling sensitive issues appropriately, and adapting to uncertainty
Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to community-led regeneration and long-term social impact
