The Role We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Pensions Business Analyst to p rovide expert analysis across UK pensions, Actuarial and Consulting change initiatives, delivering clear requirements, process improvements, and compliant solutions across UK Pensions This role is a hybrid position where you will work from any nearest Aptia office in UK as well as from your home address. What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end analysis for pensions projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with strategic objectives. Produce clear and comprehensive requirements, process maps, and functional documentation. Requires strong data literacy, including analysing source data and defining clear mappings and rules to support ETL and data modelling. Interpret legislation and scheme rules into actionable change. Support solution design, testing, and implementation. Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across operational, technical, actuarial, consulting, and leadership teams. Champion best-practice analysis methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of analysis tools, standards, and frameworks. Here's what we're looking for: Strong UK pensions knowledge (DB/DC/BPA) preferably with PMI qualifications. Experience within pensions administration. Highly skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, and process mapping. Experience supporting system enhancements, regulatory change, or migrations. Strong communications skills with ability to collaborate with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, external vendors, client directors and our executive leadership team. Experience consulting with clients to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and complex technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
