Contracts Manager Location: Romford (office-based with site travel) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + KPI bonus we are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong social housing background to lead their property services division. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage contracts covering repairs, planned works and fire safety projects for housing stock, combining commercial expertise with operational leadership. This is an office-based role in Romford with regular site travel (fuel expenses covered). It offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key social housing contracts while working closely with local authority and housing association clients.
