As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Managing employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers
* Supporting and coordinating monthly payroll processes
* Supporting recruitment activity across the business
* Coaching and supporting managers on people-related matters
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience within a HR generalist or HR Advisor role
* CIPD Level 5 or studying towards
* Experience supporting payroll processes
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
* A proactive and organised approach
