Office Manager Salary: £35,000 - £45,000\n\nBased in Old Street\n\nOffice-based role - 8am to 5pm\n\nA highly successful construction consultancy business, based in Old Street, London, is looking for an Office Manager to join their friendly team. You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a varied position that combines office management, reception, team administration, facilities and health and safety.

Looking for an experienced Office Manager, who is proactive, organised, and people focused. Experience of an office move would be useful.\n\nDuties include:\n\nHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion\nProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders\nIn charge of the running and general upkeep of the office areas\nConduct stock checks, ordering, and management of deliveries\nOrganise health and safety, maintenance, and cleaning for the office\nEnsure office equipment is running as expected, e.g. printers, scanners, AV, heating/AC and assist with set-up operations when required\nUnderstand functionality of equipment in the office and provide assistance where required\nReception duties such as answering the telephone and distributing post\nGreeting visitors and providing them with information and assistance\nSupporting meeting rooms, including preparation and AV support\nCoordinate company events, meetings, and lunches\nDiary and email management support for the Partners\nBooking couriers, taxis, hotels, restaurants, and meeting spaces as required\nManage building access and office security systems\nLiaise with the building management team\nMaintain internal phone list and office contact details\nSupport the Finance, HR and Marketing teams with admin tasks as neededExperience required:\n\nPrevious Office management and Reception experience\nEnergetic, self-starter and proactive\nStrong organisational skills\nAdvanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nFlexible approach and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environmentBenefits include: \n\n30 days annual leave, plus bank holiday - closed at Christmas\nEnhanced maternity leave\nCycle to work scheme\nEmployer contribution pension 5%\nPrivate medical insurance\nLife assurance\nRegular social events \n\nHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
