Salary: H30-H38 (£60,951 - £68,953) – depending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking an exceptional Curriculum Manager for Creative Industries with a Media specialism to lead, inspire and drive excellence across our Creative provision. This is a key leadership role for an ambitious practitioner ready to shape curriculum, quality, staff development and student outcomes at the highest level.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the quality, performance and strategic development of Media and the wider Creative curriculum.
* Line manage teaching staff and support them to deliver consistently outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
* Play a pivotal role in curriculum innovation, enrichment, industry links and progression pathways.
* Teach up to 12 hours per week, including tutoring, maintaining direct impact on learners.
* Work within our specialist Mac suites, supported by outstanding technical staff.
* Make a transformational difference to the life chances of our dedicated, polite and highly motivated students as they progress to higher education, apprenticeships or employment.
