At Redwood River School, nestled in the heart of the Dartington Estate, we believe education should nourish the whole child. We are an innovative specialist setting for neurodivergent young people aged 6–18, including those with ASC, PDA, SEMH needs, and developmental trauma.
As a SEN Teacher, you’ll deliver a broad, balanced, and responsive curriculum that meets every student where they are. You’ll be a key part of a nurturing, creative, and highly reflective team, using your skills to unlock each learner’s potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planning and delivering inclusive, engaging, and differentiated lessons
* Promoting strong progress across the curriculum
* Leading subject development and assessment in a key area of the curriculum
* Supporting LSAs and collaborating with therapy and behaviour teams
* Developing holistic learning experiences rooted in relational and trauma-informed practice
* Using a range of strategies to meet the communication, sensory, social, and emotional needs of students
