A leading offshore law firm seeks an ambitious Associate (NQ–3 PQE) to join its expanding disputes team in Jersey. The Role Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will support a high-profile disputes practice advising on complex, cross-border matters. Cases span shareholder and corporate disputes, contentious trusts and probate, fraud and asset recovery, restructuring and insolvency, and regulatory investigations. This role offers exposure to significant international litigation, where pragmatic and creative solutions are essential.
