Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Full time. Monday – Friday, 2 shifts alternating either 7:00-3:30 and 9:30-18:00
Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Customer Service advisor to work for a company based in Caerphilly on a full time permanent contract.
Working on front desk reception, you’ll be one of the faces of the dealership greeting customers in checking in vehicles. You will be responsible for Scheduling planned maintenance and liaising with transport managers to ensure they are compliant.
Main job roles
1. Greeting customers, checking-in vehicles and creating job cards
2. Answering telephone queries and updating customers
3. Responding to emails
4. Creating estimates for repairs and invoicing
5. Planning scheduled maintenance for vehicles and managing workload
6. Managing ad-hoc bookings and doffiers for vehicle breakdowns
Required Experience
7. Enthusiastic fast learner, willing to go the extra mile
8. Customer focused attitude
9. Proactive Nature, whilst being able to adapt quickly should plans change
10. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
11. IT literate with experience of microsoft excel and outlook or gmail
12. Automotive experience is desirable but not essential
13. Pervious customer service experience is essential
