Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be preparing and cooking breakfasts as well as helping with food preparation for our lunch and dinner menu
Duties
* Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menus.

* Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Skills
* Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a diverse kitchen team.
* Proficient in various cooking techniques with a solid understanding of food production processes.
