Learning & Colleague Engagement Manager
* Hours: 22.5 hours per week (part time)
* Working Pattern: Monday/Tuesday - Thursday
* Location: Rennie House, HP23 4JX
* Salary: £32,000-£38,000 per annum (pro rata)

The role of Learning & Colleague Engagement will be instrumental in designing, delivering and evaluating core behavioural learning and development interventions across the organisation. You will be responsible for the line management of the administration team; this role will drive the engagement of our population through the establishment of a diverse offer that will enable our colleagues to grow in confidence and flourish in capability.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
* Support the individual performance process through working with HR and creating development interventions that will support understanding and drive a cycle of continuous performance improvement.
* Support the integration of new people systems and technology acting as a Subject Matter Expert of training roll outs and engagement best practice to illicit the evolution and change of existing working practices.
* Using established best practice methodologies regarding change management support the Head of Learning and Colleague Engagement to drive a culture of change and user empowerment to drive efficiencies in working practices.
* Drive the coordination process of the training needs analysis ensuring in the successful creation of the annual development plan; working with the wider Learning and Colleague Engagement team to capture their departmental population priorities; prioritising collective need and marketing through established RGP channels.
* Design development solutions that are accessible and are diverse in type promoting inclusion of all our colleagues in terms of learning style preferences.
* Drive the evaluation process for all learning activities ensuring a culture of continuous improvement is prevalent for all development experiences and activities.
* Monitor and report on KPIs as agreed by the Head of Learning and Colleague Engagement in a timely and recognised manner.
