Student Recruitment & Events Officer [Ref: WC6992]

Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group
£25,783 - £26,972 per annum plus a market supplement of £3,000 per annum*
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


What You’ll Do

* Be an ambassador for CCG, promoting our campuses and courses to schools, communities, and adult learners.
* Plan and deliver impactful events like Open Days, Taster Sessions, and Graduation celebrations.
* Build strong relationships with schools, community groups, and partners to drive engagement and recruitment.
* Use data and insights to shape outreach strategies and improve performance.
* Collaborate with marketing and curriculum teams to create exciting campaigns and resources.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience in event planning, outreach, or marketing with proven results.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with diverse audiences.
* Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
* A flexible, proactive, and creative approach.
