Experiential / Live Events / Brand Activation What You’ll Be Doing: Driving new business across experiential and live events by leveraging your own network of brand and agency contacts. Opening doors, leading pitches, and owning the full sales process from first meeting to conversion. Working closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategy, track performance, and manage commercial reporting. Prospecting and qualifying opportunities, including hands-on outreach and managing any external biz dev partners. Collaborating with creative and production teams to bring strategic, commercially viable proposals to life. Translating client challenges into experiential ideas that cut through and deliver impact. Main Skills Needed: Proven experience in business development within experiential and live events. Experience with developing strategies for the growth of global brands through experiential marketing, partnerships and sponsorship deals. Strong industry network — especially on the brand and agency side. A confident seller with a strategic mindset and natural charisma in the room. Experience leading pitches, managing pipelines, and winning new briefs. Passionate about the power of live experience, with a sharp eye on trends. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and prioritising effectively. Good understanding of how digital and social can amplify live activations.
