Altum Consulting are working with a future-facing Jewish charity based in central London to recruit an Interim Finance Director. This role is a 1-year contract offering the opportunity to lead a small finance function during a time of exciting and welcome change.
As Interim Director of Finance, you will:
Lead strategic financial planning during the creation of the new entity
Oversee financial operations across the organisation and its partner bodies
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (FRS 102, SORP, Charity Commission, GDPR)
Manage data migration, budgeting, payroll, Gift Aid and financial reporting
Lead and support a small finance team through organisational change
We're looking for a confident leader and expert finance professional who thrives in complex, evolving environments:
Proven track record of financial leadership, ideally in the not-for-profit or charity sector
A commitment to diversity and inclusion
