Mortgage Administrator
Location: Camberley
Salary: £25,000-£33,000
Hours: Full-time (9:00am 5:30pm)
We are currently seeking a proactive, motivated, and experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. In this client-focused role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support throughout the mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 mortgage brokers, working alongside 2 other dedicated Mortgage Administrators
Accurately record and maintain information relating to applications, cases, and client records
Process mortgage applications efficiently and accurately
Liaise with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and advisers to ensure seamless communication and progress
Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring clients are kept fully informed and supported
Keep all parties updated with the latest developments on each case
Research mortgage products and solutions to meet client needs
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident and professional telephone manner with a commitment to outstanding customer service
Strong organisational abilities and experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment
Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively under pressure
A collaborative team player who can also work independently using initiative
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and mortgage figures
Working knowledge of Mortgage Lender systems and processes, with the ability to confidently manage mortgage applications from start to finish
