The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Food To Go Development, Group Technical teams, suppliers and on-site teams to bring all new packaging to life — from feasibility through to launch — and ensure our packaging stays compliant, safe and right for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all new and amended packaging from feasibility through to launch, including NPA and specification sign-offs.
* Carry out artwork checks, support redesigns, and manage Costa pass-on-press approvals.
* Lead and support transit trials, internal trials, and any packaging-related investigations on site.
* Manage supplier relationships, resolving day-to-day packaging issues and raising/maintaining SNCs.
* Track and report packaging waste for EPR compliance and maintain the site packaging database.
* Support third-party and customer audits, and provide general technical support as needed.

* Previous experience working in a packaging or technical role
* Food & Drink Labelling or Packaging Technology qualification (desirable)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident working with Microsoft Office
* Strong numeracy, literacy and communication skills
