What you will do:
We are seeking a Construction Manager to support and co-ordinate energy performance programmes from concept to close out. You will be responsible for the full delivery, control, health & safety onsite and resolution of any disputes. You will work closely with the customer to deliver an end-to-end process whilst aiding the planning of direct and indirect onsite resource.
The primary focus of your work will lie within the Isle of Anglesey and the region of North Wales.

How you will do it:
11. You will be responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with the Project team to review, improve and successfully achieve objectives.
12. You will record, monitor, and advise the Head of Projects of any issues or programme deviations
13. You are accountable for large scale programmes of work, on time, within budget, within energy saving guarantees and in a professional manner.
14. You will co-ordinate teams of engineers, programme administrators and sub-contractors throughout the works
15. Conduct regular safety and quality audits on site with your engineers and sub-contractors to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with defined procedures
16. Monitor Health & Safety of allocated staff and Sub-Contractors, ensuring compliance with all legislation
17. Managing of CDM regulations, method statements, risk assessments, COSHH regulations and toolbox talks on all projects being carried out
18. Action reactive issues, liaising with suppliers and engineers to resolve arising situations.
What we look for
Required:
19. Experience of running large and multiple concurrent projects within the energy services industry
20. Demonstrable knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety on site
21. Ability to oversee the production of Risk and Method Statements
22. Ability to work both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
23. Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
24. Working with end user clients is a crucial part the role
25. IT skills (MS office, MS Project)
Desirable:
26. Experience of running projects within the public sector
27. Knowledge of the Welsh language is preferred
