St. Stephen's Care Home offers first-class care for residents with 49 beds. Located in a residential cul-de-sac, St Stephen's Care Home benefits from a quiet surrounding while also being nearby to Worcester town centre. Each one of our residents benefits from unique, personalised care, designed to make their stay with us as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible.
You do not need experience but just to share our values and deliver our aim by:

What does the role involve?
* Building friendships with our residents that help them adjust to life in a care home.
* Delivering a high level of personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional manner.
* Maintaining good communication levels with Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef, and relatives to ensure smooth operation of role and high levels of cooperation.
* Completing records where required to a satisfactory standard. Agreeing the type and quantity of record keeping with the manager on a monthly basis.
* Maintaining client, staff, and business confidentiality at all times.
* Planning daytime and evening activities.
* Maintaining an awareness of the Health and Safety requirements.
* Coordinating the activities program with other services in the facility and creating a monthly planner.
* Encouraging resident participation in activities and documenting outcomes, being aware of the residents' hobbies and interests, and assisting them to pursue these by creating resident profiles.
* Working individually and within the team to provide the necessary backup for all staff, to a standard commensurate with aims and objectives of the Home and in consideration of its residents.
* Working on an alternate weekend.
