Quality Engineer Buckinghamshire – 4 days pw on site ** Please note SC Clearance is required for this role ** Copello is partnering with a highly respected engineering and technology organisation who are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to support major product development programmes within a complex, regulated manufacturing environment. This position will play a key role in driving quality excellence across the full product lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Customers and Suppliers to ensure products, processes and systems meet stringent customer and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will lead quality activities including design and gate reviews, audits, root cause investigations, continuous improvement initiatives and programme quality planning, while helping to foster a strong quality culture across cross-functional teams.
