About the Role:
As a Legal PA, you will play a crucial role in directly supporting a Senior Partner and offering support to a small wider team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a rewarding position. The office is very accessible via all public transport routes and does offer free onsite parking.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Partner and 2 legal professionals
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Maintain and organise files, both electronic and physical
Assist with billing and invoicing processes
Collaborate closely with colleagues to streamline workflows
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a legal environment - litigation is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Proven work history of working under the strictest of confidentiality and upmost professionalism
